Aiden 3 Months!

I know this post is a week late, but I’m getting it done in small amount of free time that I have.

Aiden was 3 months old on August 21. I took her in to the doctor for a weight check, and she was 10lbs, 15ozs! Almost 11lbs! She’s currently below the 5^th percentile for weight at her age, but it’s nothing that we’re concerned about. 

Clothes: 3 months! We actually packed all of the newborn and preemie clothes away last weekend. It was so odd to think that she was THAT little only a few weeks ago. Time is truly flying by.

Food: Still eating Nutramigen, about 5oz every 3-4 hours, except at night.

Sleep: A typical night is currently about 10 hours of sleep! YAY! Actual bedtime varies a little bit each night, but the routine is 100% the same every time and I’m a firm believer in a routine. It makes all of us happier. 

Milestone: Aiden can roll over! She rolled over 8/17/12. Hugh had taken a half day at work and we were hanging out and playing. I set her down on her tummy and she just rolled on over! Hugh didn’t actually get to see it until almost a week later. She rolled over twice for him the next Thursday morning before he went to work. It’s the cutest thing ever. She rolls over and we all clap and cheer while she looks at us like we’re crazy.

Aiden loves to play on her mat or even just a blanket. She’s started to grab stuff that hangs down at her, even though I’m not sure that she’s even realizing it herself. 

I’m including a few photos here of Aiden. The pink flower outfit came from her Great-Aunt Mary and Uncle Clifton. She wasn’t exactly excited about the idea of a photo shoot and let me know with about 400 out takes. 

 I was only able to get these smiling photos with the iPad. Aiden seems to think that cameras are for inspecting, not smiling at. That's why she always looks so serious in her photos. I had to hold the iPad on my chest and blindly tap the screen while I was smiling and talking to her over the top. 

 Still loving the diva outfit. This is Aiden with her Grandpa Mac. He's quite enamored of our little girl.
